A holistic wellbeing and community resilience programme walking alongside young people from surviving to thriving.
Thrive Together is a sub-programme of Insight4LIVIN, delivered under the Thrive Project. It goes beyond skills training to address the whole person their wellbeing, relationships, resilience, and sense of identity and belonging.
Where our core courses build practical skills, Thrive Together provides the emotional and relational scaffolding that makes those skills stick. Through one-to-one mentoring, peer group sessions, community events, and pastoral support, we create space for young people to process, grow, and connect.
Whether you’re navigating mental health challenges, rebuilding after difficult times, or simply looking for community and purpose, Thrive Together is here for you.
A range of activities and support, all designed around what young people in our community actually need.
Matched with a trained mentor who walks alongside you, listens without judgement, and helps you navigate challenges.
Safe, facilitated peer group sessions exploring identity, resilience, mental health, and community belonging.
Pastoral care, signposting to specialist services, and ongoing check-ins to ensure no one falls through the cracks.
Regular social events, celebrations, and community activities that build genuine connection and a sense of belonging.
Thrive Together is open to young people aged 16–30 who are facing one or more of the following challenges.
Young people experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-worth, or emotional overwhelm.
Ex-offenders and those on community orders rebuilding their lives and finding their place.
Young people facing multiple barriers to work, education, or training — including lack of confidence or qualifications.
Young people who feel disconnected from their communities and lack meaningful relationships and support networks.
When young people thrive not just survive the ripple effects reach families, neighbourhoods, and entire communities. Thrive Together exists to multiply those ripples.
Participants report measurable improvements in mental health and emotional resilience.
Participants form meaningful friendships and community connections through the programme.
Of those engaging with our employability strand go on to work, training or education.
Whether you’re looking for support, want to volunteer, or simply want to be part of something meaningful there’s a place for you here.
