Music, dance and drama for young people aged 7+, culminating in a performance for families and the wider community.
Spend four creative days exploring music, dance and drama in a friendly, supportive environment. The programme is open to children and young people aged 7 and above, whether they are trying performing arts for the first time or already enjoy being on stage.
From Tuesday to Thursday, participants will work with the creative team to develop vocals, movement, acting and characterisation. Sessions will mix practical exercises, group work and rehearsals, helping each young person discover their strengths, contribute ideas and build confidence at their own pace.
On Friday, the group will bring everything together in a performance for parents, guardians, families and the wider community. Alongside creative skills, the week is designed to encourage new friendships, positive wellbeing, teamwork and a genuine sense of belonging.

Millie has loved performing arts from a young age, beginning dance at six and singing at eight. With qualifications across dance, musical theatre and singing, plus a Distinction in GCSE Drama, she now runs her own singing studio and supports children aged 4–17 to develop their voices, confidence and enjoyment of performing.
Darryl has pursued musical theatre for four years, building on a love of performance that began in primary-school choir shows. His stage credits include Miss Trunchbull in Matilda, Nicely-Nicely Johnson in Guys and Dolls Jr, and Franklin Hart Jr in 9 to 5 The Musical at Rotherham Civic Theatre.
Becky has spent over 30 years in dance, choreography and baton twirling, building a passion for creativity, movement and confidence-building. She has also worked in health and social care for 28 years, focusing on wellbeing, connection and community inclusion for people of all ages and backgrounds.
Kristi has performed since the age of 2 through dance, baton twirling and majorettes, later training in tap and ballet. She went on to study Drama at GCSE, developing her acting, character work and confidence performing in front of an audience.
Choose the days your child would like to attend and tell us which creative areas interest them. The form is open to parents and guardians registering children and young people aged 7 and above.
Participants do not need to arrive as confident performers. The programme welcomes different experience levels and helps every young person find a way to contribute.
